1. Core exchange: 

• You must provide the original invoice for alternator and starters core exchanges.

• It is recommended that you bring back the cores within 30 days after the date of purchase.

2. Refund Process

• Upon returning the core with the original invoice, a refund will be issued using the original payment method or unless other wise.

• You will receive a copy of a credit memo sheet after the core exchange  together with your invoice to keep for your records.

• Unfortunately, we can not issue your money back for core exchange and warranty when you do not have the original invoice. 

3. Warranty.​

• All Alternators & Starters sold by Worldwide Starters & Alternators Specialist Ltd. comes with a 1 year warranty after the date was purchase.

• For used alternators and starters comes with a 3 months warranty.

• The Warranty is void when the housing is crack, unit burned, oil, greasy, water damage, drive damage teeth due to flywheel ring gear damage; incorrect installation, diesel damage, unit dismantled

All warranty returns are inspected and tested or credited being applied. Worldwide Starters & Alternators Specialist Ltd. reserves the right to refuse a return if product to be non-defective or have failed do due to reason written for warranty conditions of the unit. ​
